Vodacom 111 Team lead dropped a phone on my ear!

My mother bought R110 Vodacom airtime from Spar Tshakhuma Branch, and when she recharged it, it reported that the voucher was used already, Spar refused to assist us and they blamed Vodacom, I suspect those ladies from spar robbed her somehow since the airtime was recharged couple of minutes after my mother bought it but we could not proof that. I called Vodacom to ask for the number that the airtime was recharged on so we could try and get to the bottom of what happened. The call centre lady I got could not help, so I asked to speak to her line manager who was so rude to me telling me she cannot help me because I did not buy the airtime from Vodacom, and on top of that she hanged-up the phone on my ear without helping me or even telling me that she is hanging up. We feel cheated and it pains me more because I was expecting help from Vodacom but instead we were treated bad.
