MTN Repair's what an inconvenience and waste

Two months into the use of the new handset it crashed, I took it into MTN Clearwater and they had replaced it with a "refurbished" one. I had endless problems with it since. On the 9th Apr, it stopped responding. It took it into Clearwater MTN, and was advised to goto Morningside MTN, Which I did. A rude consultant "Craig/Chris"directed me to Midrand Richards street, because he could not assist me there. At richard street, Booked it in. On the 10th Apr, I collected the handset with a new front slide. I found it hanging, same problems as it was prior to it being booked in. On the 11th, I took the handset back in. On the 12th, I Collected another "refurbished" Handset and found this handset not able to receive calls, hanging, On the 15th I went in again and the blackberry specialist was able to assist, thankfully.
The problems started soon after, where I had to keep restarting the handset to be able to use it.
I called the 808, that confirmed it was not the sim but the handset. I booked the phone in and explained my frustrations to and I was advised to complain to Blackberry if I am not happy and not MTN!! i am tired of this, no-one is willing to listen. I travelled from Roodepoort...
