My Wife delivered my Polo Vivo 1.4 dark Grey registration number KG28XB GP in this morning 22/12/2023 on my behalf as Theresa N van der Merwe. I went to the Alberton branch on Monday 18/12 to get a qoute as I have to claim it from my company, received a qouted amount of R2252. 97 for my 75 000km service. On the 20/12 I phoned in to book my car in for Thursday, Thursday was full and had to book for Friday - it was confirmed telephonically as per the attached call made. Apon arrival this morning 22/12
a blonde lady approaching my wife and after communicating with the lady, she said my car is not scheduled today with a very bad attitude asking who I delt with on my qoute. My wife phoned me and I said as you enter from the service department where the cars are parked, the lady on the first right table Assisted me with my qoute on Monday and I phoned in on Wednesday speaking to the service department, didn't get the name as I was assured that my car was booked. I am not happy with the blonde ladie's attetude towards my Wife if the fault lays at the branch itself with no proper communication/scheduled bookings. I received the attached qoute on Monday, on arrival (not even serviced as yet to see if there is more to be paid) the amount jumped up to almost R2500 by the same lady who qouted me on Monday. It really feels like you guys are stealing from customers. I bought my vehicle at this branch and only service my car there, I am getting highly pissed off as every single service I have to go through, it's the same old story with different amounts. I have to bring the qoute along every time, I don't understand why the first printed qoute given to me, is not stapled to my file or allocated to my name as per what was given to me. Honestly getting fed up with this branch. It's unacceptable with a huge lack of communication between one another including the bookings made from the service department.
