We are currently without electricity since Sunday. When we phoned the 1st time someone came out immediately, fixed the cables with sellotape and left. After the rain, the cables are exposed and about 10 houses are sitting without electricity. Everybody I know phoned the offices. All of us got reference numbers but no one could really assist us with a time for repairs. Shame, you must be VERY over worked. All these people to serve. Strange thing though, when you get a cut off slip, people get driven around the neighborhood to hand deliver said slips. Then there's no problem with people "working". The cables are currently exposed. Imagine someone is shocked... Somebodys child???
