Since I upgraded to a BB contract in June 2010, I am on my 3th handset. 1 brand new one and 2 refurbished units. I will be taking the current handset back to Vodacom Repairs as it is doing exactly the same as the other ones. Freezing, switching off, dropping calls etc. I was at Vodashop Centurion Mall where one of the consultants told me that the current handset I have belonged to 3 people before me. No my question is, if these people also had problems with the handset WHY THE DO YOU GIVE IT OUT AGAIN??? Why do I pay Vodacom over 2 years for a secondhand handset that keeps on breaking.
