I dont want a refurbished handset

I handed my phone in at the Maponya mall branch and was advised that someone would call me with regards to my repair and that was not done, I then called in to the call centre to see what the progress was and was told that I would be getting a refurbished handset. Had this information been given to me from the onset I wouldnt have handed my handset in because I will not use a phone that 2other people before me have used. The only problem with my blackberry is the trackpad that doesnt move, thats all mtn has to fix! Please fix my original handset or give me a new one because I do not want a refurbished one...
