Complaint about the insurance

On the 9th december 2013, i called sos assist the Unlimited call centre for help, as we are having contract with sos Assist the Unlimited which says that if I had breakdown they will send a road assistant. But they failed to help when I called. Dumisani Mchunu the consultant told me that the policy is not active, then I will be liable for the cost if they sent a towing service.what I can say is SOS Assist the Unlimiteddeduct R110.00 every month from my account.

big complaint. calling the contact center to no avail. no one there can help. you hold for one hour and still not helped. they won't even call you back. too happy to take my money and make mistakes. to rectify the mistake, they have 1 million excuses.
