I hope this is the last time i have to complain with Cell c's service. To cut the story short, i have a contract with cell c, was due for an upgrade August 2012, eventually got the handset in September. Now since the handsets have been nothing but trouble, i was already on my 3rd refurbished handset. Now i was advised that should i encounter a problem with my Blackberry 9900 Bold this time around, id be issued a handset from a different brand. Now its no use for me as again its booked in for repairs and personally i feel that it has exhausted my patience. May i please get a new handset thats not branded Blackberry on it thank you. Bearing in mind that I'm paying for this phones which i haven't enjoyed, The store even gave a loan phone that doesn't work . i will not accept another refurbished handset. Can this be done asap as I'm not about to spend another 3 to 4 weeks without a handset.
