My issues started last year, when my phone was and since i was insured, i got a brand new replacement handset of blackberry 9900 from port Shepstone mtn shop IMEI 35150405212171. two months down the line, the phone started misbehaving. i then took it with its box to Harris cellular which is an mtn shop located in Shelly center. the phone was booked in for "repairs" on 15/08/2013 and i was told they were unable to fix my phone, so it would be replaced with a refurbished hand set IMEI 351503053589139 on 22/08/2013. upon receiving the handset and taking it home. i found out that it had a problem and took it back the following day which was 23/08/2013 and clearly indicated to them that i am no longer interested in another refurbished phone. rather a new sealed handset, but my request went unheard and again provided with another refurbished phone, IMEI 356841047493124. NOW that phone again was giving me problems and had to send it in again on the 16/01/2014.
after 12 days without a proper phone and no word from the repair center, i decided to call Harris cellular and they advised me that they are waiting for another refurbished phone.
