Hi i got stood up again by cell c, waited 2 weeks for contract, 2weeks to get activated, got a ref on 14/02/13, got a call back yesterday, 22/04/13, i just laugh, used pre-paid airtime while waiting fot activation, when on no 50sms, 50data, 50minutes, instead i sommer owned R 581, which i have trying to dispute send 3 e-mials, no respons, now for this mnth my bill is on R581 R235 = no ways i'll be paying for services not received. Also, i complaint a year back for being charged after i cancelled contrac twice, still waiting on refund... i did complaint to icasa
