I entered into a month on month Data contract with Cell C for R99/ month, where I was informed, I'd get 1G data/ mnth that I can carry over for 3 months, unfortunately this never happened, but at one point I was over-billed in 1 mnth and made a complaint but never got a response. I decided to cancel acc, of which it was immediately cancelled.
Today I noticed my acc was debited by Cell C, and to make matters worse its not even on the agreed billing date.
I feel Cell C has overstepped its boundary and infringing on my rights and should desist in making unlawful deductions on people's acc. There is no reason why Cell C should debit my account for services not rendered, the contract I entered is such that I pay to receive a service and I DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICE, they must just remove me from their database.
TO ACTUALLY THINK I WAS STARTING TO APPRECIATE CELL C's innovative marketing and packages.
SO DISAPPOINTED!
