So I have a top up contract with Cell C, paying R257 per month and getting R235 airtime and 100 free sms's. On 15 April I noticed that I was only topped up with R83.00 airtime but the full amount of R257 was deducted off my account. The rationale behind this according to Nondumiso of Cell C is that I have accumulated too much airtime (which is paid for) thus they are only crediting me with R83. Nowhere in my contract does it state that I will get less and Cell C has yet to provide me with a copy of such contract (they keep transferring me to a wrong department - we know why Cell C!). They refuse to rectify the situation and believe what they are doing is fair practise. I am waiting in vain Cell C for you to point this out in my contract (that no one will find I am sure!) I dont know in which universe does one pay R257 and only get R83 worth of service - REALLY???
