I have posted on this issue numerous occasions. I have emailed Cell C countless times. I phoned them and spend hours on the phone with pathetic call centres. Since i received this phone, i have had terrible internet coverage and shocking speeds when it decides to work. I have had no other options left to me but to contact ICASA directly with this complaint. The only feedback i received from Cell C regarding this was somebody to "respond to my ICASA complaint" I told this person that after about A WHOLE YEAR this issue has not been resolved. He said they would get back to me and what do you know... NO FEEDBACK FROM CELL C YET AGAIN. The only methods on contact is still Hello Peter. Why must i pay for this terrible service!! I want Cell C to refund me all the data i have used over this year period due to the lack of service!! I am sick of this!!
