Almost re- signed with new contract but cancelled the delivery until they are able to sort out the refund they owed me, which was actually paid but not in full, R77 rand less than quoted refund. Also no voicemail for over a year after multiple times of trying and calling apparently sometimes happens with ported numbers.??? Even CEO escalations obviously not escalating my problem high enough... CEO email address anyone? I am probably going to be charged next month again for a phone a sent back. Hence the aforementioned refund paid a year later!
