My name is Talitha. I bought a Nokia X2-01 phone in Game Southgate in SEpt 2012. On 17 March, my screen went blank and I took it to custer serveices in Game. My phone was sent to Cell C warehouse for repairs on 26 March. I received a message to say my phone is fixed. I went to game to fetch the phone on 13 April. To my suprise the phone was not fixed and I received a report confirming that the phone is working and passed the tests performed. I returned the phone to Game the same day I picked it us i.e 13 April and was advised that unfortunately Cell C does not have loan phones so I will have to wait for the phone to return from warehouse.
I am shocked by the service that was conducted by the warehouse, confirming that my phone is okay when in actual fact it is not. To date I do not have a phone and it is very frustrating.
