Multiple issues - when upgrading

1. Had a BB top up contract (R149pm). End of 24 months, get a bill of R208 - which is the R149 (for R100 airtime! ) 59 BIS which was added on without notification. This should have been changed to R100 top up R59 BIS.
2. Upgraded contract to Anytime 200. Lost all carry over minutes that I already paid for. The various numbers (*141#, 258, 808) give different balances. Call centre tells me I have R11 left - impossible if I got pro-rated from 19 Apr on R200. On top-up, I used a maximum R100 pm (never topped up and there was always carry-over).
3. New phone cannot make calls, but can receive calls, SMS is not affected. Call centre staff give different reasons, without rectifying problem.
