Blackberry 9300 "liquid damage"

I bough a blackberry 9300 in 2012 and everything was well until the trackball stoped working in 2013. I took it for repairs at the Southgate Game stores and in a week my phone was back and they just stated that the trackball was not working and apparently fixed it. In a month my phone just switched of and when i tried to switch it on a white screen showed saying its an error so i went to a nearby vodashop because i couldnt understand. They explained that my phone could have been blacklisted and even showed me someones phone that had the same error. They advised me to take it where i had purchased it so they can book it for repairs. I took it back to Game stores south gate. From the moment they booked it in they didnt even bother to tell me where they booked the phone or even the progress of the phone. Their service level agreement is 21 working days so i went to enquire before the 21 days and they couldnt even give me a job number. I then recieved an sms stating that i rejected a quote from them and they havent even contacted me. Now they are telling me that my phone has liquid damage yet the first time when they fixed the phone it wasnt on their report. Im utterely angry
