Poor service and Decision Making

May 2012, I bought Samsung galaxy GT-S5300 at game store for my wife. The first 4 months the phone was draining battery like nobody business, I went to complain at game store Wonderpark to manager Momi but I was told it will take 21 days to have it fixed which was not convenience for me since my wife has a little one. I had to take it to Menlyn Vodacom for the technician to sort out. The battery was replaced and the software was updated. Currently the very same phone is draining battery and the call cannot come through hence we need a phone for emergency etc. I went to game today to complain, it took me 20 minutes of waiting for the manager and even when she was there she was busy on her cell claiming landline are not working. I told her I don't want anything to do with this phone anymore. She told me the phone is more than 6 months old therefore it cannot be replaced hence the first problem was reported in 4 months. 21 days to sort one phone is not a solution for me and cheap loan phone is not a solution either. I'm very off with this phone as well as game store with poor service. What is the function of a cell phone if it canot fullfil its function?
