I listed a complaint a week ago here. Follow-up. My BB went in for repairs 06/01/13. received a sms 22/01 phone repaired come collect. Went to the branch collected the phone same day. Turned the phone on to find out it had exactly the same problem. On repair sheet states "software upgrade" done by Cell-C. According to the guarantee if the repair takes longer than 21 days, the item will be replaced or rrefunded. It is now 23/01, this means that on Sunday 27/01 it would have been 3 weeks (21 days). Returned the phone this a.m to the store. After an hour on and off the phone I was told that the phone and all accessories need to be returned to Cell-C JHB for evaluation. After 7 days I will be informed if Game will replace the phone or Cell-C. This means it will be over the 21 days. Frankly I find this completely unacceptable!!! Phone bought from Game, NOT Cell-C. It's been in for repairs and not fixed. Game should refund me the monies or give a new phone! Really up-set and annoyed! This will be the last time I will ever buy anything from this chain again! Wasted 2 hours of my time just to be disappointed. BIS paid and no phone to use it as well. Not Acceptable!!!
