Purchased a blackberry 9300 from game on the 22/04/2012, from date of purchased 3 months later. Phone has given me problems, it was sent in to the store for repairs and got it back 3 weeks later and within that period of time they have not given a loan phone.when the phone was returned to me I used it for about 5/6 months and the problem occurred once again, sent the phone back in for repairs and received it 3 weeks later, 6 months later the phone is still giving me problems and got worst, sent my phone in again for repairs and still not sure when I will get my phone back, so now they want to charge me for the repairs on the phone which I am not willing to pay for because I haven't had a fully functional phone from time of purchase, i spoke to them and said that they need to give me a new phone or my money back...
