Cell phone upgrade

I, Larry Karrani, went to Game in Centurion Mall this afternoon to do an upgrade of my cell phone. After some deciding, I chose the phone I wanted.

I originally chose the Nokia Lumia 620, but without Granny telling us they were out of stock, she gave us the Nokia Lumia 520 without asking if it was okay and I only noticed that I received a different phone to the one I requested after I had paid the admin fee, so I accepted it because to wait for refund would have taken even longer.

Granny opened the box and made sure that everything was in the box, but did not inform me that my old sim would not fit into the Nokia, as the Nokia takes the new smaller sim's and I was not aware of this, so it also shows me that Granny has no knowledge of the products that she is working with.

I trust Game Centurion will provide me with the new sim and do the necessary sim swap as well
