I went with my grandmother went to Game in Jeffery's Bay to upgrade her cell phone.
The lady that assisted us said she has the cell phone In the Cell C division.
A t that point of time they did not have the phone in stock on the Vodacom Section.
So my grandmother took to the Cell C phone with a Voucher that she paid the phone with.
It is a Nokia Asha 201.
Now the letters on the keypad are fading away, and can't even see what the letters are.
She took the phone back to Game where we bought it.
The gentleman at the counter said it was due to sending to many messages and the finger nail.
To me as granddaughter it unacceptable.
I have never heard such rubbish in the time that I have used a cell phone.
