BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I LOST MY PHONE ON THE 14-APRIL-2013 CALLED MTN THAT DAY MY PHONE WAS BLOCKED BT I COULDNT GET AN ITC LISTING NUMBER TO GO MAKE AN AFFIDAVIT BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER HOURS I CALLED THEM FOR 3 DAYS TO GET THE ITC NUMBER BUT THEY ALWAYS HAD A SYSTEM PROBLEM I FINALLY GOT THE NUMBER SEND ALL MY DOCUMENTS THROUGH ON THE 17-APRIL-2013 EVERYTIME I CALLED THE INSURANCE 083 123 6084 NUMBER I WAS TOLD THAT MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED UNTIL I CALLED THEM AGAIN ON THE 21-APRIL-2013 I SPOKE TO A GUY WHO TOLD ME THAT WE CAN DO THE CLAIM ON THE PHONE WHICH WE DID ON THE 21-APRIL-2013 I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING I CAN GO FETCH MY PHONE I ASKED WHICH SHOP DO I NEED TO GO TO I WAS TOLD I CAN GO TO ANY I WENT TO 3 SHOPS BIRCH ARCHE MALL I WAS TOLD THE HAVE STOCK BUT THE CANT GIVE ME THE PHONE BECAUSE THE DONT DEAL WITH MTN INSURANCE I WENT TO FESTIVAL MAL I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING I WENT TO FAIRLAND WHERE THE TOLD ME THE WILL GET STOCK THE NEXT DAY WHEN I WENT THE FOLLOWING DAY I WAS TOLD I NEED TO WAIT 2 DAYS BEFORE THE GET THEY STOCK. SINCE I LOST MY PHONE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING BAD SERVICE WITH MTN YOU WOULD SWEAR I DONT PAY MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WHICH I DO. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MTN
