Wrong cellphone

My blackberry was send in for repairs which they can't repair and decided to replace the phone with one of their choice because the one i had is discontinued. they replaced it with a 9860 blackberry which is nothing like the one i had. the manager which was in the store Friday afternoon told me i will be dissapointed no matter what phone they will supply to me, and that was the only phone that i can get!!! 0845670484 Gielie
