It was on the 5 April 2013 I went to Jabulani Mall to make a claim for my damaged phone I filled all the documents but I had to give them my old imei no. for the old phone, I don't know what they had not done with my first claim so they needed that number I then went home I looked for the contract so I can get the Number then on the 10/04/13 I called in spoke to Tiego the consultant that was assisting me with the claim gave him everything cause I had signed he just needed that number.

Then on the 1/5/13 I called the claims department to find out if they did receive the documents since I am not getting a call for the collector of the phone, that's when I found out that they have not received it, I then called the store to find out from Tiego what happened I was told he was not there he is off and I continued with Lungile who said she will look for the documents I must call back in 5mins, I then called her she said she cannot find them but will call Tiego to find out she will call me back, she never called that's when I called her on Monday 06/05/13 to find out what happened, she said to me she cannot find the documents and Tiego is no more working there. still awaiting response
