Funeral Policy not paying out

My husband passed away on the 19th of April 2013. I received the death ceritficate only on the Wednesday the 24th of April 2013. I have submitted the claim, with all the necessary documentation on the 25th of April 2013. My husband's funeral was on the 26th of April 2013.

I received an SMS from Hollard on the Saturday the 27th of April 2013. The SMS stated: "wf-193191743 - Hollard Claim Instimated". The week went passed, so I asked my brother in law to phone Hollard for me on the 3rd of May 2013. Which they did not give him any answers, so they phoned me instead. And after the conversation with them, Hollard SMS me again: "Good day, the reference number for your call you made to Hollard is 196926220." Again no payment was made.

I phoned Hollard on the 6th of May 2013, the consultant told me, the claim is being assessed and the claims department will phone me back, which they never did. The call's reference number: 197502802.

I phoned Hollard again today (7th of May 2013) and still they could not tell me what is the hold up and why the claim is not being paid out.

Recording to the advertisments, they say claims will be paid out in 48 hours.
