Cant fix my phone

I got a Blackberry 9360 on 9 April 2013. I started using it on 12 April 2013. on 14 April 2013 is just started turning off and i need to reboot it everytime. On 15 April 2013 i phoned Elite mobile and told them about the problem and they told me they need to collect the phone and send it in, at that time i couldnt send my phone with them as i was on my way to Durban, they told me i could take it to any vodacare shop, i took it the first time and they told me its the software, they updated the software and still the same problem, send it back again and then they told me its my sim card, put in another sim and still the same problem. Now there is no sim and still the same problem.
