On the 8 April 2013 I did a telephonic contract and was told that I am approved. I was told that there will be a short vetting process but it will not be long. I was also told that Cell c had iphone 5 in stock and that I will not wait long at all. I also wanted to port my number from Mtn to cellc. On the Friday the 12th April I called again and was told by the service consultant that everyone is in a meeting and he cannot help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he / she was in a meeting too. When I called again on Monday, I was told that my contract was approved but they cannot confirm a delivery date. Then I called again on the 17 only to be told that the phone was in shipment. After I made a huge scene, I was told that the phone was handed to RAM and will be delivered to me today. When I called RAM for a reference number they said that the phone is still with CellC. I have been to numerous times by a lady named Jody from Durban. I actually cannot believe this service. I am so irritated with CellC. I have already waited 13 working days already to have a cellphone delivered to me!!! All I want to do is cancel my contract!!!
