No delivery of a cellphone Im still paying

I lost my cellphone that I have been paying insurance for and I still do. The phone was lost on the 27th of April but upto now I havnt recieved another phone. They approved my claim and told me to wait. They dont call me anymore. Last time I emailed them they called and said that phone model is out of stock so they will give me another model and I accepted. Told me to go to an MTN shop for collection. I went there only to be told that they dont knw anything about me collecting a phone. I still pay insurance and its upto date.
