I contacted CellC customer service on Wednesday regarding a service problem i am experiencing with my blackberry via email. I got a email back saying that i will be contacted within 24-48hrs to resolve this. Nobody contacted me. Yesterday (Monday) I sent them another complaint saying that i am still having the problem with my phone and that nobody contacted me. I also requested a "read receipt" on the email. I just received the receipt saying: " message was deleted without being read"!!! That is pathetic customer service from them! I will be taking this fight as far possible! They expect me to pay for a service but this is how the customer gets treated?
