I upgraded in December and my daughter choose the new black berry curve (i think its the 9360 we handed it back as the middle button was faulty. They sent it away and she got a new one and the same thing is happening. This phone must last for 2yrs. I don't want this phone I want another make. Evertone i talk to tell me that it is a problem phone with the black square scrolling button. This is thesource we keep in contact with each other via BBM and its unacceptable. Everytime I have problems with Cell C... I WANT THIS MATTER SEEN TO ASAP... I HAVE BEEN WITH CELL C ABOUT 10YRS DO YOU WANT TO LOOSE A CUSTOMERAFTER SO LONG
