I am an FNB Gold Cheque Account holder and I did a credit card application with the assistance of an Agent, who requested that I email supporting documents which I did. A few minutes later i got a report that my email was deleted without being read. Honestly FNB what is really going on. Wasting my time scanning documents only to be deleted withouth being read. Can Someone just explain to me WHY my email was deleted without being read>
