Cannot get through, calls dropped, emails deleted?

I changed accounts from a savings to a cheque account (same bank) & was under the impression my bank was moving over my debit orders. They didnt, which I noticed when my debit orders bounced & penalty fees applied.

I emailed them to enquire how to move over a debit order (as they told me on the phone I had to email) and my read receipt returned "Your message was deleted without being read on "???

I eventually received an sms to manually pay my fee, which I did the minute I got the sms. I replied to the sms "paid".

The next day (today) I have received call after call with an automated voice msg saying "Your acc is in arrears". I called 0861-288-272 many times (my calls didnt want to connect) and eventually got through only to be cut off when being transferred to 011 632 9036 to speak with Mpho Motene. I tried calling her directly & the call cuts off immediately. I tried calling back from a landline & a cellphone & it doesnt connect. I called the call centre again & got told to email [Email Removed] again.

So I emailed [Email Removed] again with my proof of payment and again it was deleted without being read??? WHAT IS GOING ON, WESBANK???
