Further to my complaint dated 17/11/2013 about ADT lack of response... And being promised the earth by the branch after my complaint... this morning at 5am my alarm went off... it is now 1PM and I am yet to hear from ADT. I called the branch this morning and requested the Branch Managers email address, at 09:07 I emailed him and requested feedback before 12:00 today. He read my mail at 09:24 (copy of email & read receipt available if need be). By 12:24 I had heard nothing & mailed again requesting feedback, I also attached the read receipt to the email. I am still waiting for feedback. With service like this ADT can NOT hold me to a contract, because they are not keeping to their end of the bargain, ie ARMED RESPONSE and MONITORING... If I do not get feedback as I requested IN WRITING... I will take this matter further. I would much rather deal with a smaller company who actually makes the effort to call a customer to find out if all is ok after an activation... and actually takes the time to respond to complaints.
