First National Bank
E-mail deleted without being read

I sent some documents to First national bank as they requested them.

Like I always do, I request a delivery and a read receipt on my email.
When I got to work this morning, I got a message that my email with the documents that First national bank
requested has been deleted without being read!

This is now the 2de time this happened

The person who deleted this obviously doesn't care or know anything about customer service.
