On 2 March 2013 I applied for an upgrade on my Internet Package. I was on a 1g with 1g free contract, also for the same amount which was advertised for R589. I was expecting to pay R589 pm because I specifically indicated that there should be no extra charges and that once the 2G was used up for the allocated month- that would be it i.e. no further charges. I wrote the ffg to MTN " I am absolutely disgusted with your service. I have applied for an upgrade which costs R589 and now I am being charged for PSD- please remove/ delete this. I have not signed for this additional "transaction" on my account"- still waiting for a response from MTN.
