I moved from Vodacom to MTN on the 12/09/2012 took out a 350 top up contract for my small business 6 months down the line the phone gave me problems i took it in and i was out of my 6 month warranty period to get my phone replaced with a new one, which i understood i then sent it in for repairs 3 days later they called to say my phones done but there is nothing they will do about it. So now I'm without a phone for the next year and a half while i am paying my contract and I hear that they replace phones with brand new ones or refurbished ones all the time. if they were willing to repair it and quote me for it i would of paid but they are unwilling to touch my phone.
