On the 23th of April I called cellc wanting to enquire about my airtime that went missing, the lady I spoke to couldn't give my an answer, logged a query and promised that someone will get back to me soon, no one has till now. yesterday same thing happened recharged my airtime magically disappeared. My family has been complaining about the same thing as well cause we all using cellc. what is the need of recharging if you not gonna use your airtime, might as well change to other networks, cause we not recharging to give cellc money, but to make calls if that is not happening then I might as well change to mtn, vodacom or 8ta, its no hassle, doesn't cost a cent and maybe the service will be better. I am very disappointed, and feel that cellc does not give a about their customers, if they did they would respond to their queries, compliants, grievances asap. But no they take their own time. I have been with cell for the past 9yrs but this....can't deal!
