I have opened a data line (3g internet) account in april/may 2013 for R249.00. On 31 July took out a cell phone contract for R99.00 as advertised. only have problems with this acc!!! my billing is done on one account, I want it on two accounts. I need to pay R145.00 on the account (which one I don't know). I called in numerous times to the accounts department to verify what the amount is for. Nobody can tell me what it is for. I cancelled dt orders for aug & sept. I pd R198 for cellphone (aug & sept) & R498 for internet (aug & sept) into the account. My dataline is now suspended, because of the R145.00. Aug bill was R471 and in Sept R370 or similar amount). I called numerous times again, call centre calls back, can't explain what R145 is for. why need to pay if I don't know what it's for? now for oct my bill is R589 or similar. call agents again, can't explain why it's so high. R22 a month added to my cellphone for internet use, nobody informed me, I still need to pay R589. cell phone & internet should be on two separate accounts. please rectify, stop sending threathening sms's of court of justice & sms my account will be suspended. sort out the account, and get back
