EXCESSIVE CHARGES AT UPGRADE

I WAS ON A R59.00 PACKAGE FOR R100 AIRTIME IN MARCH 2013 I DECIDED TO USE SAME PACKAGE BUT INCLUDE BLACKBERRY BIS, I WAS TOLD THE NEW MONTHLY COSTS WOULD BE R 120 P/M BUT NOW I AM BEIING CHARGED FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL 448.28 AND MTN CALLS IT [PRORATA] CHARGES WHY DONT THE SALES PEOPLE TELL ONE THESE THINGS AND THEN I DID AN ANOTHER UPGRADE IT WERE R 199.00 ADVERTISED BUT NOW THE APRIL INVOICE READS R 303.99 I AM NOW HAVING TO PAY FOR APRIL [ R 752.27 ] ARE THESE PEOPLE CRAZY OR WHAT???
