I want to know if you have an Absa Silver account and a set monthly fee (I signed up in 2006-2007 I think), why am I paying a number of other charges that total a ridiculous amount every month?
I can understand the management fee for the package that I chose but I now pay an additional admin fee, internet banking fees, finance charges etc. These total to alot being taken off of my account on different dates in a month and it eventually leaves me in a minus. Someone contact me please and explain exactly what the point of this silver package is then. I can have a little money in my account but it gets eaten in various bank charges every month. I want an answer. For a bank, you really milk your clients in fees and expect them to sit back and let you do it. Ridiculous.
