DISGUSTED WITH (NO) SERVICE

Since 13 January 2013 I have made 3 reports on this issue and no one has even attempted to resolve the matter of my N9 that was broken by the repairs centre. On 27 February 2013 one Nomonde stated that Veronica would investigate and get back to me. This was the 10th promise, but nothing ever happened. It is now 2 months later, and NOTHING has happened. I guess it is time, after more than a decade to change networks.
