I refer to my two reports which Mantoa replied to with REQ: 2726852 and Nomonde REQ : 2951131 and wonder if MTN really cares about giving exceptional after-sales service? I have been complaining about the same thing for over five months and nobody bothers to come back to me, even though they promise to. From Lebogang Mongatane, Sharieka Dickenson, Lucky Matsemela and Xolani Ermex Mabele. I am paying monthly for a device that is not working as they promised but nodoby cares! They bill me, get my money and look forward to the next month. Calling is a nightmare and a waste of time as you hold on forever and get a promise of a call back which never happens.
I am hoping that someday, someone will get tired of me nagging and resolve my query.
