I was dissatisfied with the product because, it sagged one side of the leg and I reported it on the 8 January 2013. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by reporting this problem at the store on the 8 January 2013, of which on the 9 January 2013 an upholstery company came to fetch the said product at my residence. I have since been making follow ups on the updates or progress on the repairs of my item.
On the 19th January 2013 I made a call to the store (Joshua Doore) and spoke with Caroline to follow up as to how far is the progress, she promised to return my call, which never happened.
I then contacted the company which was sent to fetch the chair and I duly informed that no payment has been made by Joshua Doore, hence no work has been conducted on my item.
Todate the item has been received by me and I am still paying for it.
