I CALLED VODACOM FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION, JUST TO FIND OUT WHEN MY CONTRACT EXPIRES AND I WAS BOMPARDED BY A SET OF QUESTIONS THAT DIDNT MAKE MUCH SENSE TO ME AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE CONSULTANT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOLD ME TO GO TO A VODASHOP BECAUSE I HAD NOT ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS TO HER SATISFACTION, HOW CAN I REMEMBER SUCH OLD INFORMATION ESPECIALLY WITH THE LENGTH OF MY CONTRACT? IM TOTTALY DISGUSTED BY YOUR STAFF MEMBER AND SHE WAS RUDE AND DIDNT CARE THAT I AM THE CLIENT WHO HAS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ON ANY OF MY CONTRACTS.
i WILL NOT EVEN BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM, I CAN RATER GO TO A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT CARED ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER, WHO HAS TIME TO DRIVE AROUND TO YOUR OUTLETS, IM A WORKING WOMAN AND CLEARLY A PHONE CALL IS MUCH MORE CONVENIENT FOR ME!!
