On the 09th April 2013 i wrote a complaint to hello Peter about standard bank, the problem that happened to me on the 22nd of March 2013. up until today no one has come back to me to resolve my issue (THE ISSUE I WAS TOLD IT WILL ONLY TAKE 15 WORKING DAYS) instead i have been calling them everyday for two weeks only to deal with different people in the call centre and all of them promise me that they will contact me back within 24hrs i have gone through 5 different agents in the call centre and every time you have to start the story from the beginning and every time they will bet back to me. the fact that we complain here on this site means nothing to them cause they have never got back to me or showed any interest, now i am tired and i have resorted in sorting it out with the Ombudsman if that does not help then i will get my lawyers involved.

And for the record how ever which way this goes if they can actually explain to me what happened to my money and give it back to me I AM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK. i cannot beg people to actually give me service of what i am paying for.
