My car was damaged in a hailstorm in November, I sent my car in on the 12th of November 2012 and today is the 26th of February 2013 and I still haven't received my car. I visited the premises on the 9th of January 2013 to check the progress on my car and to my horror they had not even started to fix it, it was parked outside collecting dust. I was promised my Melanie and Tony that I would get my car by the end of January 2013, it didn't happened so I called them to check again, spoke to Melanie and she said that they are busy with it and I should get it by the middle of February 2013, the middle of February has passed and now we are going to be entering March, I phoned Melanie again today and she says she will ask Tony to call me back. I am so sick and tired of being pushed around and broken promises, its passed 3.5 months and I'm still waiting for my car.
