30th Dec 2013 at 37 Maitland Str, BFN, we purchased a bed worth R5999, cash via VISA card purchase and it was promised that there was stock and it will be delivered the same day however this did not happen and a promise was broken, it was told we will receive it the next day morning as per Henny (H) the branch manager as they have the specific bed did not happen 2nd promise broken, we were told by H we will receive it before 13:00 which did not happen 3rd promise broken. We went into the branch the 31st Dec 2013 and was told they do not have the bed and requested our money back. H said they can reverse the amount back into our account by the 2nd as we refused to take the cash due to the risk associated with it. Whether they had the cash on hand. I spoke to H the 2nd January 2014 and he the payment should reflect that day and or the latest 3rd Jan early morning. To date this has not happened. I called today and promised he will call me immediately with feedback which did not happened (how promised has been broken till now) no call received. I went into the branch spoke to H and his MANAGER and promised our money today and to call by 2 with feedback NO CALL broken promise
