This is the 3rd time I have to use Hellopeter for this one issue, as the responsible people are just never doing what they promise to do and are NEVER available on the numbers provided. The last person in this saga that promised to contact me about my N9 that I received back in two pieces from repairs, was VERONICA. She basically told me that she asked for photo's from the repair centre to see what had happened (I was not holding my breath that that would help), but it is now 3 weeks since that promise and I havent heard anything from her or anyone else from MTN. The number that she called me from, 0830110100, cannot be called, so I am stuck once again with empty promises. Maybe they should just tell me that they do not intend assisting me and then at least I will know where I stand.
