To whom it may concern,

In May 2011, after much contemplation as to whether I should or should not, I decided to take out a contract at MTN after being on prepaid for many years.

After taking into consideration all the options available, I decided on a TOPUP R200 BLACKBERRY with the FOCUS ON TOPUP. This included 25 messages and R200 airtime which included my BIS services.

I was quick to notice that any download or youtubing consumed my airtime due to the fact that I WAS on MTN TOPUP.

Two years has now passed and on Friday 19th April 2013 I decided its time for an upgrade.

I decided on taking a Samsung Galaxy Note II, but the consultant at MTN convinced me to take the contract on MTN ANYTIME rather than TOPUP. However, Saturday morning the 20th of April 2013 I decided to call 808 to find out how to check my airtime balance.

I got the shock of my life when I was told that I have, and I quote "an unbilled VAT inclusive balance of R1626.96".
how is it possible that I could be additionally billed if I was on a TOPUP contract? I am very UPSET about this issue.
Can someone please help me sort this out before the debit order 28/04/13.
